Any Relief In Site?

The latest storm 1/28, closed all the schools from North Idaho/Northeastern Washington, to the Lewiston/Clarkston Valley. For the first time in our history of being Professional Students, WSU closed for 2 days, and so did U of I in Moscow (10 miles from Pullman).
The drifts in the region are phenomenal. Digging out from this was a challenge, and having hope for spring seems far away.
Before the shoveling, taken from inside our door! We recived 7 in. from 4am - 7:30am,
day time totals were about 13 in.

There is no where to put it! Our porch after the dig out.
Here is our little path, the pile in the front is about 41/2 ft. tall.
Emma's snowman, Scott! He was built 4 days before, now covered with a new blanket of fresh snow to keep him cold! You can see some drifts that are near the edge of the neighbors house.
Shawn in our back yard. There is about 2 1/2 ft.

The kids and I went out to play, but I don't think that Mason would say that it was playing, more like working. They had a tough time trying to play in the snow due to the depth. Mason, trying to make it to the slide in the yard, sunk in the snow and you could barely tell he was there. He lost his boot 4 times and was ready to go in long before Emma was ready. She could have been out all day and it would have been fine.

We are now anxious for spring, not that we don't love the snow, we just don't have the right cars, or equipment for all this snow.
