The Nutcracker Ball 2008

The Nutcracker Ball is the Vet School Christmas Ball that is held every year. We have attended every year we have been in school, and really enjoyed each one. This year the crowd was a bit smaller than years past...but the weather could have played a big roll in the as it was 3 degrees when we went into the Ball. We danced, everyone cooed over Paige, who is the only child we have taken to this special event. It was fun to spend some time together, even if Paige was there. She didn't cry at all all night long, that is, until it was time to leave and she had to get back in her car seat. This will surly be something that I will miss when we graduate and leave the school life for the working, productive life. Maybe Shawn can arrange a Ball just for me every year to take its place? Highly unlikely. It was fun while it lasted!
