Happy Birthday
With all the sickness in our house this last week, we pulled off a pretty good day to celebrate Mason's 2nd birthday.
Since Mason and Mom are not feeling all back to normal yet, we decided it would be better to stay home from church today. Instead of staying in doors yet another day, we opted to take a nice Sunday drive.
We drove to Dworshak Reservoir, which is about 43 miles east of Lewiston. The drive was beautiful, but when we got there, the weather dampened the idea of walking around for a while. It was snowing, cold and windy. We got out and looked over the boat dock then drove down it but that was about it.
We did stop at the Dworshak Fish Hatchery, but it was all closed, so we just played! Here are some pictures of Mason playing. He really enjoyed him self!
It was so good to see Mason smiling and having such a good time. This week has been one of a lot of crying, cuddling, and just plain sleep! It was so fun to be out doing some thing and not being home doing nothing on his special day!
